Each unit is inspected during production and supplied with a paper copy of the validation certificate. An electronic version is also stored in the recorder’s memory.

The Innolog comes with a pre-installed 110-day sampling programme. No configuration is required for standard shipments. If necessary, the sampling intervals and alarm thresholds can be customised.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions about Innolog
How do I activate Innolog?
Press and hold the button for at least 5 seconds until the RED light flashes 5 times. Recording will start automatically. To stop, repeat the same action.
How can I check that the recorder is running?
Simply press the button at any time to check the device’s status. A single green flash indicates that recording is proceeding normally. A single red flash indicates that an alarm is active.
How do I get the temperature report?
Stop the recorder, remove the clear plastic cover, then connect the Innolog to a computer’s USB port. Wait until the RED indicator light comes on before disconnecting. The PDF report, certificate of conformity and CSV report are automatically saved in the “Kelvin” folder.
Is the Innolog waterproof?
Yes. It is IP67/NEMA 6 certified, which guarantees its resistance to water and dust under normal conditions of use.
What is the difference between the Innolog and the Innolog Pro?
The Innolog is the ideal solution for standard shipments requiring reliable and straightforward tracking. The Innolog Pro also features advanced data security (DRM) and DO-160G certification for active air transport, making it particularly well-suited to the most stringent pharmaceutical requirements and critical air shipments.
In what quantities can the Innolog be ordered?
Innolog is sold in boxes of 50. There is no minimum order quantity.
