How is the transportation of my devices handled?
Transportation is fully covered by Kelvin Solutions through our partner carriers. You will receive a prepaid label to affix to your package, and the carrier will pick it up at the address and date you have specified.
What is the minimum number of devices to recycle?
To optimize the environmental impact of transportation, we recommend a minimum of 200 units. However, if you have a smaller volume, please do not hesitate to contact us to find a suitable solution together.
How are the collected devices processed?
The devices are disassembled in specialized centers. Electronic components, batteries, and plastics are separated and then directed to specific recycling channels, in accordance with current environmental standards.
